Here is the head designed specifically for the VIVI KOLA customer, thanks to this head and the depalletizing, handling, cartoning and palletizing solutions it is possible to optimize all processes and optimize production.

From the ever-increasing demand for a palletizing system capable of working on multiple lines and simultaneously processing products in non-bundled trays, cartons, bundles, and products with flat flaps, the multi-line palletizing system with brushless head was born. The head, thanks to the presence of both brushless grippers and support, is able to support and compact the trays even in the absence of film without the risk of crushing and falling of the product.

The basket loader/unloader automatically pick jars/cans and load/unload in baskets.

New 70-bag/minute cartoning line for a Pugliese customer in the almond growing sector.

We are proud to announce that the new 10,000 bottles/h line supplied by Cosmapack to the Torrevento winery has been launched in recent days in Puglia. In addition to the fully automatic depalletiser, the customer chose a fully automatic 4-head case packer followed by a hive inserter, carton closer and layer palletiser to automate the line. All the production, via a pallet elevator also supplied by Cosmapack, is transferred to the warehouse on the lower floor.
