Depalletization of the empty containers is one of the activities where automation can help most. The handling of fragile products at considerable heights makes automatic depalletizers a must in the production lines. Our experience in this type of machines is wide. We build sweep off depalletizers and cartesian depalletizers. For the canned products we build magnetic head can depalletizers too.
Robotic depalletizer
The magnetic head robot depalletizers allow the depalletization of bulk product. The magnetic head allows you to pick up all ferrous-based containers or with iron-based twist off cap. The product is then released on the accumulation plane where it is subsequently aligned on a single lane.
Robot
Magnetic head depalletizer can also be equipped with robots. This solution is generally faster and allows the possibility of serving multiple lines. Our magnetic head robot depalletizers are equipped with pad removing device and automatic roller conveyors for the pallets as well as empty pallet magazine. The depalletized product is then aligned and delivered to the downstream machines.
Depalletizer by Magnetic Head
The magnetic head depalletizers allow the depalletization of bulk product. The magnetic head allows you to pick up all ferrous-based containers or with iron-based twist off cap. The product is then released on the accumulation plane where it is subsequently aligned on a single lane.
By Magnetic Head MCDTM12
MCDTM12 is a magnetic head depalletizer with a low level infeed. It can process any iron based container (tin cans)
Sweep Off Depalletizer
Sweep off depalletizers allow a fast transfer of the product from the pallet to an accumlation table. The product is embraced by the sweeping off head, while the underlaying pad is blocked by pliers and the layer of product below the one to be transferred is blocked by means of a centering device. The top layer is at first transferred horizontally on a dead plate, then moved vertically at the height of the outfeed accumulation table on which it is transferred with a second horizontal movement. The product that has been transferred to the accumulation table is then aligned and put in a single lane conveyor
Sweep Off DS11A
DS11A is an automatic depalettizer for glass bottles, jars or cans, separated through plastic or carton cardboard. It can work with any kind of product with medium-high production speeds.
Cartesian Depalletizer
Cartesian depalletizers are not very common, given the difficulty of determining the position of the goods to be transferred from the pallets. Cosmapack has been the first producer of cartesian bottle depalletizer due to a smart yet simple product searching algorithm that allows its machine to find the correct picking position of the product. The speed of this this type of machines is generally compatible with small production lines and have the benefit of occupying a very small area when compared to traditional palletizers. On the contrary the lack of accumulation table leads also to a line with reduced buffer and therefore this type of machine can not be used for medium or high production speeds. Cartesian depalletizers can be equipped with automatic interlayer placement device and also with full pallet transfer automation, including the pallet magazine where the depalletized pallets are stacked
Cartesio2
The Cartesio2 depalletizer uses an innovative depalletization system. The product is taken one row at a time with specific gripping devices which can be with pliers, suction cups or magnets. An optical scanning system detects the position of the row to be taken allowing a manipulation that is free of the classic hitches typical of inflatable tube depalletisers. The system will be installed without an aligner, as it releases the product in single-line mode.
Craters Depalletizer
Sweep off depalletizers allow a fast transfer of the product from the pallet to an accumlation table. The product is embraced by the sweeping off head, while the underlaying pad is blocked by pliers and the layer of product below the one to be transferred is blocked by means of a centering device. The top layer is at first transferred horizontally on a dead plate, then moved vertically at the height of the outfeed accumulation table on which it is transferred with a second horizontal movement. The product that has been transferred to the accumulation table is then aligned and put in a single lane conveyor
