We build stretchwrappers of two different kinds: The rotating arm stretchwrappers and the rotating platform stretchwrapers. The first technology allows faster rotation speed because the product is not subject to centrifugal force, while the latter is used for smaller speeds. All our machines can be equipped with top cover sheet applicator, top pneumatic pusher and also film edge welder. The pre-stretch percentage can be changed electronically and a control of the film tension continuously corrects the unwinding speed in order to guarantee a homogeneous film tension during winding.

The rotating platform stretchwrappers are simple and reliable machines in which the film reel moves only vertically while the rotation is performed by the rotary movement of the roller conveyor. The stability of the pallet is guaranteed by a pneumatic pusher which acts from top to bottom.

The rotating arm winders allow higher winding speeds. Unlike the rotating platform winders, in which the platform moves, in this family of winders the rotation is entrusted to the arm. There is therefore no centrifugal stress on the packs and rotation can be performed at much higher speeds.
