Our wrapping machines are installed all over the world at the main PBR and SBR bale producers. They follow our best standards and are ready for a demanding market such as the petrochemical industry. The welders are equipped with double sealing strips in order to obtain double line welds guaranteeing perfect protection of each bale. We also offer an optional automatic reel change system that guarantees continuous operation when a reel of film ends and requires replacement with a new one. The operator places a new reel in the appropriate position and inserts the edge of the new film into the seat at the entrance of the automatic welder, where the new film is automatically welded with the film currently being processed. Each unwinding device is equipped with a counter-weighted tensioner that guarantees the correct tension of the film in order to obtain constant sealing and cutting quality over time. Each sealing bar is thermo-regulated through an automatic temperature control device that guarantees temperature fluctuations that oscillate around 0.1*C!
