Box Erecting Cartoning Monoblock FORMINC
Case packers for American cardboard transfer the product from the gripping surface towards the inside of the American cardboard. To facilitate the insertion of the product into the carton, these machines contain a centering device which, after the empty cartons have entered, is inserted into them. The case packers can be equipped with one or more gripping heads. The gripping heads can be with magnets, pliers, suction cups or with pneumatic bells.

Monoblock case packer is the solution most frequently chosen by those who need to pack up to 700 cases per hour. Monoblocks have the benefits of being extremely compact and cost effective. This type of machines include: A full featured case erector equipped with carton magazine, motorized vacuum carton picker, carton opener and bottom flaps closer. A product preparation area where the product to be packed is automatically arranged. A two axis pick and place device with special grippers specifically designed for the product to be processed.

The FORMINC 1200 monoblock former / cartoner is the intermediate solution equipped with a double gripping head suitable for medium and high speed production lines. The machine is a monoblock that forms the carton and provides for the cartoning of the product (bottles, jars, jars etc.)

The partition inserters are machines that are positioned after the bottle case packers and allow to insert cardboard partitions between the bottles in the box in order to preserve their integrity.

Wrap Around
The wrap around case packers are machines that package the product by transferring it to a blank cardboard that is folded and glued around the product in transit. This type of case packer does not require the use of external case erectors because the blanks are loaded directly into the machine.

The bag in box case packers are able to form the cardboard by taking it from the magazine, insert the bag inside it and close the upper flaps with glue. They are therefore single block machines that are inserted downstream of the aseptic bagging machine
