To increase the separation between the rubber bales and the walls of the box, cosmapack suggests its customers adopt the use of liner bags that can be fed, welded and cut automatically by our liner inserter model FIN01.
The Liner is fed from above, the operator ‘lines’ the external walls of the boxes and gives consent for the second pass of the machine which involves welding and cutting the bag. The operator will then adjust the lining inside the box. The liner that is labeled on the external walls of the box is automatically lifted by our machine and sealed by means of a thermoregulated sealing bar.
