CARTESIO2

This is a modular depalettiser with outfeed conveyor for bottles included.
Bottles picking: Automatic
Bottles release: Automatic
Picking device: According to the product to be handled; Once picked, the bottles will be automatically released on the outfeed conveyor.
CARTESIO2 can pick up to 2 product-rows at once
Alligning device is  not needed thus reducing considerably noise level in the premises.
Depending on the installed optionals (modules) the following operations: Pallet infeed/outfeed  and Pad removing can be fully automatic.

Single row picking by pliers: empty glass bottles  


Single row picking by magnetic head: 

full jars with metallic closure

  

Single row picking by suckers: empty glass bottles


Double row picking by pliers: empty glass bottles 


Single row picking by suckers: empty canisters
