Forminc2 actively opens the carton by means of an articulated arm equipped with suckers. This system allows a safe and quick carton opening even with products that are hard to handle. Forminc2 also creates the pattern of products and places the product inside the carton.

This singleblock cartoning machine brings an outstanding reliability due to simple machine movements and highly reliable components.
The massive usage of brushless motors take us to the main innovation of this solution: the speed. It can produce over 1200 boxes/hour.
Forminc2 can be equipped with all the product picking devices that cosmapack has devoloped in its over 25 years activity: bells, pliers, magnetic, suckers etc.)
